Teachers are contracted to work (in school) for 195 days per year, 5 days of which are designated as whole school Professional Development days (PD Days).
As an Academy, Sidegate is able to increase the number of PD Days should the need arise, any extra days will be determined and/or agreed by the Active Learning Trust Board.
